PURPOSE: To provide a decoloring ink stabilizing occlusion body which can keep the hand-writing in the practical density for a given time in the case of wiring on a sheet such as a map and a decoloring ink marking pen with built-in occlusion body.

CONSTITUTION: A decoloring ink stabilizing occlusion body 5 is built in a decoloring ink marking pen 1 and absorbs acidic gas generated from another decoloring ink occlusion body 4 built in the pen separately to prevent the oxidization of atmosphere in the marking pen. Mixed liquid of second or third gade lower alkanolamine or water solution containing the said alkanolamine of 5% or more or water solution of low alkanolamine and amine of 5%, to each of which ammonia water of 5% or less is added, is immersed in the occlusion body 5.
