Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance productivity by improving the quality of fiber skeins or filter skeins similarily to each other. CONSTITUTION: At least one fiber strip, especially, a filter toe strip 6 is drawn from a supply part 7 and at least one drawn-out fiber strip is supplied to a processing part after that. Then, at least one processed fiber strip in a routine converting unit 3 is collected in the fiber skeins or the filter skeins (27.1 and 27.2), the skeins are provided with a packing material 23, more than one continuous and wrapped fiber skeins, especially, the filger skeins (27.1 and 27.2) are formed, brake force is added to the fiber strip at the time of starting a treatment, the processing quantity of the fiber strip and/or another characteristic are adjusted and brake force is automatically set.
