Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to make quick measurement of optical characteristics and highly accurate positioning of lens having any power by showing alignment information on a display forming a target for alignment on the basis of the detection result of alignment dislocation of the lens to be inspected with reference to a measuring optical system.
SOLUTION: Light from LED forms images on two orthogonal image sensors 18 through a collimating lens 14, a lens to be inspected 15 and an image forming lens by an objective lens 12. In the case where the lens to be inspected 15 has a spherical refractive power and a columnar face refractive power, the image of a target 13 illuminated with four LEDs is moved on the image sensor 18 only by a distance corresponding to the value of refractive power. The signal of the image sensor 18 is inputted to a peak holding circuit through a CCD drive circuit and comparator, and peak voltage is inputted to a computer to detect a coordinate position. On the basis of the calculation formula, the degree of spherical curvature, the degree of columnar face curvature, an axis angle and a prism amount are calculated and are shown in digital.
