Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently use a communication resource while maintaining its quality by calculating the required quantity of the communication resource based upon its communication quality in each class. CONSTITUTION:This call reception deciding system is provided with a maximum communication resource quantity control table 4 secured in each class divided by communication quality, a requested quality control table 5 for a connected call in each class and a required communication resource quantity calculating/ reception deciding part 6 divided in each class. The required quantity of the communication resource is calculated based upon communication quality requested by an already connected call and that of a new call requesting its connecting in each class and the calculated value is compared with various required quantity of the communication resource previously secured in each class to decide call reception. When the required quantity of the communication resource is less than the secured quantity, a call exceeding the maximum number of calls to be simultaneously connected found out by forecasting the number of calls can also be connected, improving the using efficiency of the communication resource.
