Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate parallax and to use an idle hand when the other hand is used in pen input.

CONSTITUTION: In the handwritten input display integrated with a sensor detecting the specified coordinates and a liquid display device which displays the computed data, an upper substrate 10 of a liquid display device 100 is made of a synthetic film resin. Two types of sensors A and B which detect the input coordinates are installed between the upper substrate 10 and a lower substrate 50 of the liquid display device 100. The sensor A detects the input coordinates of the command selection specification. The sensor B detects the pen input coordinates. When both sensors A and B detect the input, the input of the sensor B is preferentially executed.
