PURPOSE: To reduce the manufacturing post of a submerged pump comprising a suction casing, a pump casing and a delivery casing stacked one atop another on the upper end frame of a motor unit and integrally fastened to one another by simplifying the arrangement of the lower portion of the motor unit.
CONSTITUTION: The flange portion 41 of a lower bearing unit 4b by which the lower end portion of a motor shaft is freely rotatably supported is adjusted and secured to the lower surface of the lower end frame 2b of a motor unit and the mounting plate portion 44 of a leg member 43 is adjusted and secured to the lower surface of the flange portion 41, and a spring case 50 is formed inside the mounting plate portion 44 and a diaphragm 49 is disposed inside the mounting plate portion 44, and a liquid injection hole 53 which extends through the mounting plate portion 44 to communicate with the internal space 55 of the motor unit is formed in the flange portion 41.
