CONSTITUTION: A heating roller 80 is provided with a hollow roller main body part 83 and a heater 84 passing through the shaft center part of the roller main body part 83. The heater 84 is provided in a state where plural heating parts 83c are provided at appropriate intervals in an axial direction, and the entire heater 84 is deviated toward an upstream side in an air current flowing direction with respect to a recording paper passing area S on the roller main body part 83.
