PURPOSE: To provide a device Wherein there is no fear that when a powder is transferred, the powder does not scatter to the surroundings, and impurity is mixed in from the outside by a method wherein a hopper and powder storage container are integrally connected under a condition in which the openings are butted, and are fixed, and then, a pressurized gas is input in the containers, and both containers are turned upside-down.

CONSTITUTION: The upper lid of a container 20 containing a powder 50 is opened, and the mouth of a storage bag 40 is opened and fixed around the upper end of the container. The opening of a hopper 11 is made to face downward and put on the top of the container 20, and the end of the storage bag 40 is extended on the outside of the opening end of the container 20, and the hopper 11 is mounted on the top of the powder container 20 under a condition in which the end of the storage bag 40 is gripped between the openings. In addition, the hopper 11 is fixed by clamping with a belt 30a of a connecting tool. The container 20 is mounted on a supporting base 15 using a jack, etc., and pressurized air is input to the inside from a pipe part 13, and the hopper 11 and container 20 are turned upside-down while the inside is kept under a pressurized condition so that the storage bag 40 may not drop. Since the container containing a powder becomes on the top side, and the hopper becomes on the bottom side, the powder 50 is dropped in the hopper 11. Then, the air is removed, and the container 20 on the top is removed, and a lid is provided on the opening.
