PURPOSE: To provide a crushing reaction method and crushing reaction device for crude refuse waste constituted in such a manner that harmful gases and evaporated moisture generated at the time of finely crushing the waste and subjecting the waste to a reaction treatment are removed.

CONSTITUTION: This crushing reaction device 1 is constituted to remove the reactional product gases, such as ammonia, and evaporated moisture generated at the time of charging waste treating matter FW 1 formed by adding and mixing alkaline earth metal oxides at a specified ratio to and with the roughly crushed crude refuse waste into a fine crushing machine and subjecting the treating matter to fine crushing and reaction. This reaction device at one end with the other side wall of a splashing up cylinder 19 and has a discharge port 31 for removing the reactional product gas and the evaporated moisture at the other end.
