CONSTITUTION: A method for peeling a coated film of a coated thermoplastic product, a method and an apparatus for regenerating comprise the steps of heating a thermoplastic product 1 having a coated film 1b in which thermoplastic 1a is coated with thermosetting plastic paint to elongate it, removing the film 1b peeled by the elongating by coated film removing means 6, pulverizing only the remaining plastic 1a, kneading, melting it and molding it, thereby obtaining a pellet of high quality.
