PURPOSE: To allow the user of a taxi or the like to call simply a taxi or the like by synthesizing a message inputted by the user and location information and sending the result as call information.

CONSTITUTION: When the user uses a microphone 2 and inputs its name and its destination or the like in voice at a transmitter 1, the information is stored in a voice storage section 3. A connection section 7 synthesizes the information stored in the storage section 3 with location information stored in advance in a storage section 5 and outputs the synthesized information to a transmission section 11. The transmission section 11 uses a radio transmission circuit 9 to send the information outputted from the control section 7 on a radio wave whose frequency is selected to a receiver 20. When a reception section 23 of the receiver 20 receives the sent radio wave through an antenna 21, the control section 27 separates the received radio wave into voice information and location information and outputs the voice information from a speaker 29. The control section 27 reads a map of a relevant area from a storage section 25 based on the location information and displays the map on a display section 31. Furthermore, the control section 27 displays the location of the transmitter in the map displayed based on the location information.
