Title:
FUEL INJECTION CONTROL SYSTEM FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0579369
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fuel injection control system for making a fuel injection control through correcting the amount of deposition onto a wall surface portion in the vicinity of a suction port for a fuel injected during a transition operation, in which calculation is made of a tailing term value neither in excess nor in shortage of a request value.

CONSTITUTION: Whether or not the engine operation is in deceleration is decided (step 305) and, if the operation is in deceleration, calculation is made of the damping coefficient KMW2D in the tailing term (step 306). If the operation is in acceleration, calculation is made of the damping coefficient KMW2A in the tailing term (step 8). The KMW2D and the KMW2A are respectively different values and each of them has a value equal to a corresponding one of the deceleration time request value and the acceleration time request value. Using the clamping coefficients KMW2D and KMW2A, the wall-surface deposition correction amount FMW for deceleration time and that for acceleration time are separately calculated (step 312).
