Title:
GAS SECURITY SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2564783
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To monitor the state of a gas leak alarm from the side of a gas meter by providing a circuit detecting the gas leak signal of the gas leak alarm and a signal sending circuit transferring the signal from the gas meter to the gas alarm in the gas meter.
CONSTITUTION: An output from the control part 14 of the gas meter 2 is usually in a level H concerning both I and II. In this state, transistors Tr1, Tr2 and Tr3 is OFF and only Tr4 is ON so that a current loop is not formed and the state of the gas leak alarm can not be checked. In order to check the state of the gas leak alarm making the output I of the control part 14 into L makes the transistors Tr1 and Tr4 to be ON and current can be made to flow through Tr2 and a diode D1. Then, when the alarm 1 does not detect gas leakage, lead switch LS1 is OFF so that the potential of a point A is in a level H. When the alarm detects it, switch LS1 is ON so that the potential of the point A is in the level L and the state of the alarm can be detected from the side of the meter 2.
