PURPOSE: To improve the service working property in a hood device for industrial vehicle such as fork lift by providing such a constitution as superposing a radiator grill the front end of which is mounted through a hinge on an attachable and removable radiator cover on the center of the rear end hinge part at the time of closing an opening and closing engine hood, and leaning the radiator grill thereon at the time of opening.

CONSTITUTION: A hood device is formed of an engine hood 1 the rear end of which is mounted on a car body through a hinge 5; a radiator cover 2 attachable to and removable from the car body; and a radiator grill 3 the front end of which is mounted on the radiator cover 2 through a hinge 11. The radiator grill 3 is rotated by the hinge 11, whereby it can be opened to the position superposed on the engine hood 1 laid in the closed position. When the engine hood 1 is opened, it can be leaned on the engine hood 1 to keep the opened position.
