PURPOSE: To dispense with a press-fitting process, a socket, or a plug of circuit board directly connecting type, and reduce a cost of a harness product by fixing a flat conductor via insulating films, and disposing terminals and contacts.

CONSTITUTION: A wire rod is rolled into a flat shape, thus forming a flat conductor 2. A terminal 3 having a circular cross section is formed at one end of the conductor 2. The conductors 2 are arranged at predetermined pitches, to be bonded at both surfaces thereof to insulating films 4, 5, which fix the conductors 2, and the terminals 3 are projected outward of one end of each film 4, 5. The other end of the film 4 is cut and peeled off, to expose one surface of the conductor 2, thus constituting a contact 6. Consequently, in the case of connection between printed circuit boards, the printed circuit boards are connected to a connector where the terminal 3 is soldered to one of the printed circuit boards while the contact 6 is disposed in the other, thus dispensing with a press-fitting process, a socket, or a plug of circuit board directly connecting type, and reduce a cost.
