Abstract:

PURPOSE: To maintain freshness of flowers, vegetables, etc., for a long period of time.

CONSTITUTION: A filter medium consisting essentially of animal powdered bones is brought into contact with ozone-containing water, which is adjusted to ≤10°C and pH7-10. Flowers or vegetables are immersed in the prepared water. After the immersion, the water is recycled, brought into contact with an ozonizer and the filter medium and adjusted to proper pH and temperature to maintain freshness of flowers, vegetables. etc.
