PURPOSE: To prevent a trouble caused by adhesion between vinyl sheets wound around and unwound from a wind-up drum set to a vinyl house respectively.

CONSTITUTION: This winder is composed of a wind-up drum 11 for a vinyl sheet 22, a motor 12 for rotating this wind-up drum, a temperature sensor 3 for measuring the temperature in the vinyl house 2 and a controller 17A receiving signals from the temperature sensor. This controller 17A sends out a signal for winding up or unwinding the vinyl sheet little by little based on the temperature measured by the temperature sensor and a preset temperature value so as to allow the temperature in the vinyl house 2 to approach the preset temperature. This controller also sends out another signal for unwinding the whole vinyl sheet 22 at prescribed intervals.
