PURPOSE: To make it possible to cause a coating film transfer tape to travel smoothly by restoring synchronization of delivery speed and winding speed even if the synchronization between both speeds has been broken by transmitting rotary torque used for a delivery cylinder to a drive gear as frictional torque of a friction member by means of tension of the coating film transfer tape.
CONSTITUTION: The outer diameter of a coating film transfer tape 38 of a delivery reel 34 becomes smaller as time passes and hence the delivery speed becomes slower, whereas the outer diameter of coating film transfer tape of a winding reel 35 becomes larger and hence the winding speed becomes faster. If such condition is continued, the tape 38 is broken by tension, so that it is necessary to synchronize the delivery speed with the winding speed Due to that reason, when the synchronization between both speed is broken and rotary torque acting on a delivery cylinder 42 becomes larger, the rotary torque exceeds the friction torque of a friction member 41, so that the cylinder 42 is caused to rotate slidingly with respect to a boss 40 of a drive gear 39 to establish synchronization between both speeds. Consequently, the tape 38 always travels smoothly.
