Abstract:

PURPOSE: To tsuppress reduction in film thickness of a charge transporting layer, reduction in a charging characteristic and, formation of an abnormal image, and to improve durability so as to prolong a lifetime.

CONSTITUTION: In a limination type electrophotographic photoreceptor 1, in which an organic photosensitive layer 3 on a conductive supporting body 2 consists at least of a charge generating layer 4 and a charge transporting layer 5, the charge transporting layer 5 at least contains a charge transporting material, a binder resin, and silicone oil, desirably dimethyl silicone oil, serving as a lubricant.
