PURPOSE: To execute the control and status monitor of a load device only by one system by disabling a master equipment to monitor the transmission/ reception of signals to/from a monitoring terminal equipment and an alarm terminal equipment in the case of controlling the load device by transmitting/ receiving signals to/from an operation terminal equipment and a control terminal equipment, and at the time of monitoring the transmission/reception, inhibiting the master equipment from controlling the load device.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of controlling the load device 4 by transmitting/ receiving signals to/from the operation terminal equipment 1 and the control terminal equipment 2, the master equipment 3 is inhibited from transmitting/ receiving signals to/from the monitoring terminal equipment 5 and the alarm terminal equipment 6 and monitoring the state of the device 4. In the case of monitoring the state of the device 4 by transmitting/receiving signals to/from the terminals 5, 6, the master 1 is inhibited from controlling the device 4 by transmitting/receiving signals to/from the terminals 1, 2. Consequently the control of the load device 4 and the monitor of its state can be executed by one system.
