Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition, containing a specific amount of microballoon silica based powder in a coating material and capable of providing matte films having excellent molding processability, durability, weather as well as abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by containing microballoon silica based powder having a particle size passing through an 80-mesh screen, preferably 325-mesh screen in an amount of 2-110pts.wt., preferably 15-70pts. wt. based on 100pts.wt. resin solid in a coating material, e.g. prepared by dispersing or dissolving an oil-free polyester based resin, etc., in water, organic solvent, etc., therein.
