PURPOSE: To obtain a nutritional supplementary food retaining natural type vitamin C at a high unit and in stable conditions.

CONSTITUTION: Edible powder such as kale (Brassica oleracea L.) powder or chlorella powder is used as base powder and juice of acerola cherry is added as a vehicle to the base powder and the mixture is formed into an arbitrary shape.
