Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a non-interruption tool with good efficiency in work, by connecting a blade surely with an insulated wire.
CONSTITUTION: A non-interruption tool for an insulated wire has a linear upper blade 16 mounted removably on top of a shaft 14 screwed into a tool body 12 and a lower V-shaped recessed blade 17 mounted removably at a hook part 13 of the tool body 12 put on the opposite side to the upper blade 16. The upper blade 16 and the lower V-shaped blade 17 are cutting into a coating part 2b of an insulated wire 2 so as to be connected electrically with a core cable 2a. In the tool body, these upper and lower blades 16 and 17 and a first conductor 18 elongated from the lower blade 17 to the rear part of the tool body 12 constitutes a closed loop, and a lamp lightening circuit 19 is used for lightening an indication lamp 20 when the upper and lower blades 16 and 17 are put in contact with the core cable 2a. In addition, the non-interruption tool includes a second conductor 24 for connecting the lower blade 17 with the shaft 14, and a nut 23 screwed with the shaft 14 on the rear side of the tool body 12 for fixing the shaft 14 to the tool body 12 and at the same time turning off a switch 22 of the lamp lightening circuit 19 when the shaft 14 is fitted to the tool body 12.
