Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely remove an ink stuck on a face of an ejection nozzle of a record head.
CONSTITUTION: A cleaning device of an ink jet recorder comprises a record head 20 that records an image on a record medium by ejecting an ink droplet from an ink ejection nozzle in accordance with image information and a flexible cleaning member 24 that removes an ink (I) or a dust stuck on a face of the ejection nozzle of the record head 20. A projection section 24b is formed on the tip portion of a body 24a of the cleaning member being perpendicular to the body.
