PURPOSE: To form a foaming resin screen by incorporating, into a screen frame member opening part, a screen body consisting of screen element plates where required screen skeletons are built into a foaming resin plate in a crossing shape.

CONSTITUTION: A foaming resin plate 2 provided with a fitting groove 1 only on one side is formed into a desired size to form plural screen skelectons 4 provided with plural fitting cut parts 3 at prescribed interbals. Then the screen skeletons 4 are built in a crossing shape into the fitting groove 1 in the forming resin plate 2 through the cut part 3 to form a screen element plate 5. A transparent film sheet 6 is stuck onto a side surface where at least the screen skeletons 4 of the screen element plate 5 are exposed through a bonding layer 7 to form a screen body 8. In a screen frame member 9, a fitting piece 11 which is brought into contact with the peripheral part 8a of the screen body 8 is fitted on the periphery of an opening part 10, for example. The screen body 8 is integratedly- incorporated in the opening part 10 so as to complete a foaming resin screen X.
