Abstract:
PURPOSE: To regulate torque with high precision even when set torque is low by absorbing jumping torque at the initial stage of drive of a wrench.
CONSTITUTION: In a torque control wrench provided with a shutoff valve mechanism, a relief valve 13 is inserted in a liner cover 11 in a manner that set torque is regulatable. An accumulator chamber R comprises an accumulator 15 arranged outside a liner upper cover 11. A hole continued from a liner chamber to the accumulator chamber R during low pressure torque is formed in the liner upper cover 11 and the relief valve 13. An amount equivalent to a jump of torque generated during drive of a wrench is guided to the accumulator chamber to absorb it.
