PURPOSE: To permit plural terminal equipments which one central control unit remotely operates to highly precisely match built-in clocks.

CONSTITUTION: The plural terminal equipments 1 are stored in a terminal equipment rack 2. Time information to be matched, which are inputted by an operation console 7 from the central control unit 6 through a public line 5 and a control line 4, are transferred to the terminal equipments. The correction command of the built-in clock is transferred to one arbitrary terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment 1 receiving it transmits a correction command signal to the other terminal equipments 1 through a reset line 3 by simultaneous report. Then, the respective terminal equipments simultaneously correct the built-in clocks and highly precise clock matching is secured.
