PURPOSE: To provide the endoscope which has good insertability of treating means, permits easy operation to introduce the treating means to an observation part and has good operability.
CONSTITUTION: The front end of the insertion part of the endoscope having the insertion part to be inserted into the celom, an insertion channel 15 for inserting the treating means into this insertion part and a bending operation wire 18 for bending operation of the curving part disposed on the front end side of the insertion part is provided with a treating means guiding member 16 having an insertion hole 16a which is disposed to be connected to a bending operation wire 18 and is inserted with the treating means. This treating means guiding member is made movable to the bending side with respect to the front end face of the insertion part by operating the bending operation wire.
