Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a satisfactory conductive roller uniform in accuracy and conductivity while easily being manufactured.
CONSTITUTION: In a roller 1A having a metallic core material 1C covered with a conductive rubber-like elastic layer, an evaporated metal layer 1B having 15-20μm of film thickness is provided on the surface of a conductive rubber-like elastic layer to provide tough and uniform conductivity by the evaporated metal layer 1B.
