Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve thermal insulation characteristic, provide durability for enabling a gas turbine to be operated stably for a long time, and improve aerodynamic performance thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A turbine cooling blade is provided with a first covered layer 20 provided with a composition change layer 21 having a thick covered layer and whose composition ratio between ceramic and metal is changed continuously in thick direction, on a blade leading edge member 15, a back side surface 16 and a barrel side surface 17, and a second covered layer 30 provided with a thin ceramic layer 23 on the back side surface 18 and the barrel side surface 19 of a blade trailing edge part.
