PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus capable of well performing the drainage and dehydration of a sediment and preventing the clogging the drain net of the sediment to be made easy in maintenace and repairing.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of dehydration pipes 2 each having a scooping-up part 21 opened upwardly and having a drain net 20 provided to the lower part thereof formed to the leading end thereof and having a water storage pipe 22 communicating with the rear end thereof are radially provided by fixing the rear parts of the dehydration pipes 2 to the attaching member 6 fixed to the rotary shaft cylinder 5 of a rotary apparatus and the suction pipes 31 communicating with a vacuum machine are arranged in the dehydration pipes 2 and the leading end suction parts 310 thereof are allowed to face to the drain nets 20 of the scooping-up parts 21 from below. The through-holes radially opened to the outer peripheral end surface of the gate plate 4 fixed to the rotary shaft cylinder 5 and the other end parts of the suction pipes 31 are connected each other in the rotary shaft cylinder 5 and the suction side of a suction device is allowed to communicate with the cover member 33 covering the range of about 90° from the almost horizontal part of the gate plate 4 to the vertical part thereof and the discharge chute 7 of the sediment falling from the scooping-up parts 21 is provided to an upper side part.
