PURPOSE: To obtain a low-odor ultraviolet curing type tacky agent, comprising an alkyl alcohol ester monomer of acrylic acid and a monofunctional oligoester acrylate and having well balanced high cohesion and tackiness.

CONSTITUTION: The objective tacky agent is obtained by curing an ultraviolet curing type tacky agent composition comprising (A) 1000 pts.wt. 4-14C alkyl alcohol ester monomer of acrylic acid, (B) ≤100 pts.wt. monofunctional oligoester acrylate of the formula A-M or A-M-N (A is acrylic acid; M is dihydric alcohol; N is dibasic acid), preferably further (C) a polyfunctional acrylic acid ester monomer and/or oligomer and (D) glass powder and/or polyolefinic powder. This tacky agent has ≤-20°C glass transition temperature. The tacky agent layer 3 is provided between and on both sides of two porous substrates (2a) and (2b) and peelable sheets (1a) and (1b) are further arranged on both outsides thereof to produce the objective double-sided tacky tape 4.
