PURPOSE: To decrease the quantity of an extract, simultaneously to increase the housing efficiency of an extraction vessel and to prevent the breakage of the extraction tank by preventing the extraction vessel of pack type used for hot water extraction from losing shape.

CONSTITUTION: An extraction vessel 20 is put in a holder 10. The holder 10 consists of metal meshes and makes hot water freely pass through it. The extraction vessel 20 in the holder 10 is constrained by the holder 10 from the sides facing to each other, preventing it from being bulged bigger than necessity requires.
