PURPOSE: To easily constitute an aseismatic wall concerning a column-wall integral type precast block for the aseismatic wall, to lessen joint parts and cast-in-place concrete placing parts and to shorten a construction period.
CONSTITUTION: Column body parts 2, 2 and a wall body part 3 between them are integrally moulded and piled up, and the column body parts 2 and the wall body part 3 are respectively connected by a reinforcing material. It is possible to thicken an upper part of the column body part 3 in a beam shape. It is also possible to form a clearance for filling floor concrete between the wall body parts 3, 3 of upper and lower blocks at the time of piling them up, to provide a projection for a cotter on the lower edge of the wall body part 3 and to project a tie rod on the upper end of the wall body part 3.
