PURPOSE: To freely select an angle of a pendent arm against a clamp body by boring a plurality of through-holes into the circumference of a rotary shaft of the clamp body to conform the pendent arm with one of the through-holes, and fixing an angle changing hole and a freely selected through-hole with a fixed pin.

CONSTITUTION: After a structural steel 20 is surely clamped with a fixed screw 5 of a clamp body 4, a fixed pin 10 is inserted into an angle changing hole 9 of a pendent arm 7 loaded to the clamp body 4 through a rotary shaft 6 in a turnable manner and a freely selected through-hole 8. The clamp body 4 and pendent arm 7 are fixed, and a clamp A is turned to rotate steel materials 20 in the required direction by preventing slippage of the fixed pin by a split cotter pin 11 to suspend the pendent arm 7. According to the constitution, directions of the steel materials 20 are freely selected by only selecting a mounting position of the pendent arm 7 properly.
