PURPOSE: To suppress a frequency of a communication line to be low and to attain the system of multiplexing the token passing system by using each pair of UTP cables for reception and transmission private lines and a communication line for both transmission and reception.
CONSTITUTION: One pair of 4 pairs of unshielded twisted pair cables used for communication lines of a communication equipment is used for a reception exclusive line R×D, one pair is used for a transmission exclusive line T×d, and the remaining two pairs are used for transmission reception communication lines SC0, SCH1. Furthermore, a transmission line 13 sends a signal through the three pairs of the reception exclusive line R×D and the transmission reception communication lines SCH0, SCH1 simultaneously in parallel. Furthermore, the reception circuit 1 receives signals simultaneously through the three pairs of the reception exclusive line R×D and the transmission reception communication lines SCH0, SCH1 in parallel. By this constitution, a communication speed per each signal line is reduced and the communication data are sent at a high speed entirely. Thus, the frequency of the communication lines is set low and the high-speed LAN equipment employing the system multiplexing the token passing system with high communication efficiency is realized.
