PURPOSE: To facilitate the transmission by a bar code list by registering a name of each destination and a facsimile number together with an identification code and outputting a relevant name of each destination and a relevant bar code depending on the entry of the identification code.

CONSTITUTION: When an identification code, a destination name, a facsimile number and a classification code are sequentially inputted by a prescribed operation of an operation display section 7, the inputted information is stored in a system memory 9. In the case of extracting a bar code list, the identification code entered at the registration of the destination is inputted, then a system control section 10 reads registration information corresponding to the identification code in the memory 9 to record and output the bar code list on which the telephone number of each destination and each information and the bar code used for various setting at transmission are recorded. Thus, since the bar code list with each destination only registered by each operator is obtained, number of recording items of the bar code list is reduced and the desired destination is easily found out at the transmission and the dialing is facilitated.
