Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize rapid drying of a concrete foundation plate by providing an opening for allowing the hollow part of a buried material to communicate with the open air, in which the box-shaped buried materials with a lower surface opening of a foam molding are fixed to the concrete foundation plate under curing.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of manufacturing a foundation plate C for a hollow concrete slab. a lattice-like reinforcing bars 2 with truss bars 1 secured thereto are set on the mounting table at first, and a concrete foundation plate 3 is molded by placing previously kneaded concrete into the frame surrounded by the reinforcing bars 2. Subsequently, while the foundation plate 3 is still uncured, a box-shaped buried materials 4 with a lower surface opening comprising a synthetic resin foam molding are disposed at a predetermined position, and by the use of securing pieces, the buried materials 4 are fastened to the concrete foundation plate 3. In this manner, hollow parts 6 defined by the buried materials 4 and concrete foundation plate 3 is formed, and the hollow part 6 is permitted to communicate with the outer part by drain holes 7 formed on the side surface lower ends of the buried material 4, so that moisture within the hollow parts 6 is allowed to be discharged in the steam curing process.
