Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a light car floor of an elevator at a thickness on the basis of the optimal sound absorbing work.
CONSTITUTION: A perforated floor plate 4 is provided under a porous sheet 3, and upper floor beams 6, which are respectively obtained by pressing a thin plate, are provided under the perforated floor plate 4, and side beams 8 for sealing a space between the perforated floor plate 4 and a bottom plate 7 are provided, and lower floor beams 9, which are respectively obtained by pressing a thin plate, are provided under the bottom plate 7. With this structure, a car floor 2 formed with sealed spaces having the noise reducing characteristics is structured. A light car floor of an elevator, which has a high rigidity and of which working is facilitated and in which the generation of curvature of the top surface is reduced and which can be manufactured at a low cost, is thereby obtained.
