PURPOSE: To make the device compact and hard which can uniformly and beautifully baking the ball-like food such a takoyaki.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of baking molds 4 and 5 forming recessed parts 24 and 25 for molding at the top are arranged on both sides putting rotary shafts 3a and 3b in-between. The molds 4 and 5 are separately turned over by a means which turns over the takoyaki or overlapped together and turned over at the same time so as to bake the dough by using the both molds 4 and 5. Since the molds 4 and 5 are rotated around the common shaft, the entire device can be made compact and the means which turns over the takoyaki can be simplified.
