Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance the bond strength between an aluminum-deposited propylene-based resin film and an extrusion-laminated layer by a method wherein the mixture of two kinds of specified ethylene-based copolymer resins with specified mixing ratio is extrusion-laminated to the aluminum-deposited surface of the aluminum-deposited propylene-based resin film. CONSTITUTION:Ethylene-based copolymer resin mixture consisting of 70-99wt.% of ethylene-based copolymer resin, which contains 3-15wt.% of (meth)acrylic acid unit and 2-25wt.% of (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester or/and vinyl acetate unit, and 30-1wt.% of ethylene-based copolymer resin, which contains 5-40wt.% of vinyl acetate unit, is extrusion-laminated to the aluminum- deposited surface of an aluminum-deposited propylene-based resin film. An aluminum-deposited laminated film having the excellent bond strength between the aluminum-deposited propylene-based resin film and the ethylene-based copolymer resin extrusion-laminated layer can be produced. If the mixing ratio of the copolymer resin is below 1wt.% and exceeds 30wt.%, the resultant bond strengths are both poor.
