Abstract:

PURPOSE: To remotely operate bearing loading or bearing releasing and to improve the workability and the working load by using a hydraulic cylinder in the baring loading mechanism of a plate brick cartridge in a slide valve device.

CONSTITUTION: In a hydraulic bearing mechanism, a clamp 2 which moves in sliding and opens/closes is arranged on a screw shoe 3 to a housing 1 attached at the bottom surface of a molten metallic vessel. In this housing 1, a hydraulic cylinder 4 is arranged to a bracket 1' projecting to the outer side of downward, a clamp push-up metal 5 set at a rod of the hydraulic cylinder 4 is brought to contact with the clamp 2. Accordingly, the mechanism is to load the prescribed bearing to the plate brick cartridge 10 with the movement of the cylinder 4 by moving in sliding and closing after arranging the plate brick cartridge 10 at the required position. The variation of the bearing loading force to the plate brick group in SV device is removed, so the remote operation can be realized, and the workability and the working load is largely improved.
