Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively carry out pressure-bonding for a reinforcing part and efficiently release excess heat generated by a lamp so as to be able to repair safely and positively in a device for arranging reinforcing cloth with a light- hardening water sealing compound applied thereto, at a connecting part between a main pipe and a branch pipe of a sewer pipe and hardening the water sealing compound by a lamp while pressure bonding the reinforcing cloth to the internal surface of the pipe with compressed air.
SOLUTION: A first cylindrical part 3 and a second cylindrical part 4 respectively formed of expansive-contractive light transmissible rubber material are integrally formed. An airtight container with light transmissibility and rigidity is arranged at an intermediate part of the first cylindrical part 3, and a lamp 6 is provided in the container 5. The first cylindrical part 3 and the second cylindrical part 4 are provided with cylindrical part air lead-in means 4a, and the container 5 is provided with container interior air lead-in means 7. The compressed air entry-outgo of the cylindrical part air lead-in means 4a and that of the container interior air lead-in means 7 are independently controlled.
