PURPOSE: To diminish sticking of food on a cooking glass panel, which has a heating element as a heating source for cooking and is used in a cooking stove, and improve the durability of decoration and letter indications provided on the glass panel, the heat transfer efficiency between the heating element and the glass panel, and the temperature uniformity over the cooking-top of the glass panel.
CONSTITUTION: A thin film of edible oil is formed on the cooking-top of a cooking glass panel 2, a decoration or letters are indicated on the opposite face to the cooking-top, and a nearly plain-finished heat-releasing metallic face is provided on a correspondent face of a heating element 3 to the cooking glass panel 2. A pressing device 4, which presses the heating element 3 and the cooking glass panel 2 together with a force other than their weights, is assembled in a casing.
