Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a weather strip generating no conspicuous stepped part in the boundary part of the design surface region of the extrusion molded part of the weather strip and the molding part of a mold. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion molded part 1 and the molding part of a mold 11 are integrally connected. After the extrusion molded part 1 obtained by cutting an extrusion molded product into predetermined length is set to the mold 11, a molding material is injected into the cavity 13 formed by setting to be curred to integrally connect the molding part of the mold to the extrusion molded part 1. At this time, the extrusion molded part 1 is cut so that the connection surface thereof becomes long from a non-design surface region to a design surface region D to be set to the mold 11.
