CONSTITUTION: On the outside surfaces of wall bodies 2a, 2b of a hollow tube 1 consisting of a metal, in a first direction A being orthogonal to an axis of the hollow tube 1, plural first inhibiting pieces 3 for forming a pair so as to be opposed to each other are placed at every suitable interval in the axial direction of the hollow tube 1 by placing the hollow tube 1 between them, and in a second direction B being orthogonal to the axial direction of the hollow tube 1 and a first direction A, second inhibiting pieces 4 for forming a pair so as to be opposed to each other are placed on the outside surfaces of the wall bodies 2a, 2b of the hollow tube 1 by placing the hollow tube 1 between them, between first inhibiting pieces 3 in the axial direction of the hollow tube 1, and at least one of first inhibiting pieces 3 and second inhibiting pieces 4, and the wall bodies 2a, 2b of the hole tube 1 is displaced relatively in the direction in which they are pressed.
