Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure the smooth rotation of a hub and also to suppress a disturbance in winding a tape.
CONSTITUTION: This is the tape cassette for housing a tape 8 wound around one pair of hubs 9a and 9b by holding it between slidable sheets 10 and 11, and the lower slidable sheet 11 arranged on the lower side of the tape 8, i.e., the inner surface side of a lower cassette half 3 is formed by laminating 1st and 2nd sheets 12 and 13. The 1st sheet 12 to be in contact with the tape 8 is formed with a sheet superior in elasticity and durability, while the 2nd sheet 13 is formed to have appropriate elasticity.
