PURPOSE: To perform management of charge for telephone call without fail by enabling a user to recognize the total charge and setting the upper limit of the total charge and giving an alarm at the time of excess over the upper limit.

CONSTITUTION: A disconnection message including accounting information from an ISDN network is received by an ISDN interface control circuit 1, and it is collated with the set charge of the upper limit which is preliminarily determined from a keyboard 8 based on data of a storage circuit 4 and an accounting information management circuit 3 by the user; and when they coincide with each other, a human machine interface control circuit 5 is instructed to operate an LED 7. The total charge is calculated based on data of the storage circuit 4 by the accounting information management circuit 3 and is displayed on an LCD 6 by the control of the human machine interface control circuit 5.
