PURPOSE: To enable easy visual checking of the degree of clothes drying by providing the door in a clothes feed port with a transparent window and sticking a dry and wet indicator sheet which is discolored by moisture to the inner side of this transparent window.
CONSTITUTION: This clothes drying machine is constituted to dry clothes 11 by heating the air sent by revolution of a double winged fan 5 to a heater 10 and blowing the heated air (a) into a drying drum 1 and to discharge the high-temp. moist air (b). The transparent window 17 is formed at the door 16 of the clothes feed port of such drying machine and the dry and wet indicator sheet 18 which is discolored by the moisture is stuck to the inner side of the transparent window 17. The dry and wet indicator sheet 18 described above is formed by using a cobalt salt as a chief material, adding a binder thereto to prepare an aq. soln., immersing paper or fabric into this aq. soln. and drying the paper or the fabric. The dry and wet indicator sheet is otherwise formed by applying a light scattering agent which is decreased in scattering of light and is discolored when water drops stick thereto on this sheet. The degree of drying is judged by viewing the discoloration of such dry and wet indicator sheet 18.
