Abstract:
An electron-emitting device (1) comprises a pair of oppositely disposed electrodes (5,6) and an electroconductive film (4) inclusive of an electron-emitting region (3) arranged between the electrodes. The electric resistance of the electroconductive film (4) is reduced after forming the electron-emitting region (3) in the course of manufacturing the electron-emitting device (1).
